Country, Rock, hip hop, corporate events and theatrical designer
With more than 25 years behind the lighting console, I’ve built my career bringing stages to life with bold, dynamic lighting design. From gritty rock clubs to high-energy EDM shows, country stages, hip hop events, and Christian music productions, I’ve worked across multiple genres and environments, lighting performances for both regional and national artists alike.
I currently tour as the Lighting Designer for the Garcia Project, and I’m also the LD for the You God’s Music Showcase, a Christian singing competition where I’ve helped shape the visual experience for the past five years. Whether it’s a touring act, a tribute band, an up-and-coming country artist, or a corporate production, every show gets the same level of passion, creativity, and attention to detail.
For me, lighting design is about more than just illumination—it’s about capturing the artist’s vision and translating it into a visual experience that amplifies the music and connects with the audience. Every stage is different, every artist has a story, and my job is to make sure the lights help tell it.
Cristina - Production Coordinator & Lighting Programmer
Hi, my name is Cristina, and I am a lighting programmer, operator, and production coordinator with NLB Productions. I have experience programming and operating MA2 and MEGA consoles and have worked across several areas of lighting production, including as a lighting technician, operator, and programmer. I also bring 17 years of administrative and management experience, along with a background in IT that supports my work in programming, troubleshooting, and production coordination.
What I love most about working in live production is seeing the lighting, music, and technical elements come together to create an experience for the audience. After years of being the person in the crowd fascinated by what was happening on stage, I now get to be part of the team creating those moments.

Hi, my name is Chloe Trail, and I am a systems technician, stagehand, electrician, and programmer with NLB Productions. I am currently a senior at Texas State University pursuing a BFA in Technical Production.
What I love most about working at NLB is seeing all the different pieces of a production come together and watching the audience enjoy the final experience. I enjoy being part of the technical process that turns an idea into a live event, whether I’m working on systems, electrics, programming, or backstage production.

Hi, my name is Alexandra “Sasha” Mitchell, an Operator, Lighting Technician and Statehand with NLB Productions. I enjoy being part of everything it takes to bring a show to life-- from load-in and setup to the final cue of the night. There's something especially rewarding about seeing an audience enjoy an experience our team worked together to create.
